Highlights from Our 2025 End-of-Year Events at Elation Real Estate

Gina Piper January 7, 2026

At Elation Real Estate, community is at the heart of everything we do. The relationships we build, the people we serve, and the neighborhoods we are part of are what inspire us every single day. Throughout the holiday season, our calendar was filled with meaningful moments and opportunities to give back alongside the community we care so deeply about.

Gina Piper and her team at Elation Real Estate want to sincerely thank everyone who attended an event, volunteered their time, donated items, or helped spread the word. Your support is what makes these moments so special and truly brings our community together. We are excited to share a recap of some of our favorite winter events from this past season.

Coat Drive on November 13

Our Coat Drive was a heartfelt way to support those in need while spending time connecting with neighbors and local partners. We were grateful to collaborate with The Cellar Door and Meadowlark Dairy, whose support helped make the event a success.

Even with an unexpected rainy day, the community still showed up in full force. We moved the event indoors at The Cellar Door, where guests were welcomed with ice cream tokens as a small thank you for their generosity.

We are incredibly appreciative of everyone who donated coats or helped promote the drive. These contributions will help keep local families warm this winter, and we are proud to be part of a community that consistently shows compassion and generosity.

Ladies Night at Gypsy Boutique on November 19

Supporting local businesses while enjoying a fun evening together is always a win. Ladies Night at Gypsy Boutique was the perfect mix of holiday shopping, great conversations, and festive energy. Guests enjoyed browsing for gifts while sipping champagne and catching up with friends.

In addition to the fun, we collected new toys and books to support Little Miracles, helping bring extra joy to children during the holiday season. Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the night full of laughter, connection, and giving back.

Turkey Burn on November 27

Turkey Burn has become a favorite tradition and a meaningful way to kick off Thanksgiving morning. The Pleasanton North Rotary Annual Tri Valley Turkey Burn is a 5K and 10K event open to runners, walkers, and strollers of all ages. This year, it was held at Ken Mercer Sports Park, and Elation Real Estate was proud to return as the presenting sponsor.

The event brings together the Pleasanton and Tri-Valley communities while encouraging a healthy, active lifestyle. Even more importantly, proceeds support Pleasanton North Rotary youth programs, including scholarships, leadership development, and youth exchange opportunities.

We also collected non-perishable food donations for the Bay Area Rescue Mission Food Pantry before and during the event. Thank you to everyone who participated, volunteered, and helped spread the word. It was a meaningful way to start the holiday and give back together.

Santa Photo Day on December 6

One of the most heartwarming events of the season is our annual Santa Photo Day. It is always special to reconnect with past clients, friends, and families while welcoming new faces. From kids to pets, everyone was invited to join in the holiday fun.

The office was filled with festive décor, sweet treats, and a strong sense of togetherness. We also collected toys to support families in need during the season. Thank you to everyone who shared the event with friends and family. The turnout was wonderful, the pets were adorable, and the holiday spirit made it an unforgettable day.

Closing Thoughts

Moments like these are what make our work so meaningful. At Elation Real Estate, giving back and staying connected to the community are priorities we truly value. Being surrounded by people who support these efforts makes everything we do even more rewarding.

These winter events were a beautiful way to wrap up the year and reflect the true spirit of the season. Sharing time, generosity, and memories with our clients, friends, and neighbors is something we never take for granted. Thank you to everyone who joined us, supported our events, and helped make them so special. We look forward to many more gatherings in the future.
