She has since ventured on her own to exercise her entrepreneurial prowess by starting her own company. With 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, Kate’s acute attention to detail and her unparalleled knowledge of the “technical” aspects of the real estate process makes her an invaluable asset to Realtors. Not only does she make sure all the “I’s” are dotted and “T’s” crossed, she also identifies and generally solves problems before anyone even knows there is one. Kate enters the picture once your clients are in escrow as she manages all of the paperwork and contractual documents.
